Indeed these are the key factors that would make any restaurant very popular. The most important point is that the food must be great and hygienically prepared. The place itself must be clean and free from pests. People must feel comfortable and the place must be inviting. Therefore the decor should be well designed. If food is reasonably priced, that's even better! It helps also when good staff are hired. People who can provide good service and able to anticipate customers' needs. :)

I agree I like to eat where it is clean, good services too. I like toi eat at Calhoun's steakhouse.
