Not done any discussion for atleast two weeks

I guess it won't hurt your account other than just not earning as much. I've also gone for long periods of time in the past without discussing much and I haven't had any problems with my account.

No, your account will not be closed for not using for two weeks. I myself have not used mylot for nearly one month previously and still my account was intact now, so don't worry about it. Maybe your ranking will go down during this time, but that too you will have to worry only after your 100 points.

They don't seem to care. I was inactive for just under a month and I'm still here. They're too busy to deal with people who don't post much.
