Do you keep more than one blog? Why?

I presently have three blogs and my only reason is that I've compartmentalized my life and I'm writing for a different audience in each blog. I'm curious, though, what other people's reasons are. I suspect most people keep more than one blog.

if i may, the word blog is coined from the word weblog, meaning an online journal where people can post anything about anything. Almost like a forum but it is more of an individual thing. Hope I helped.

I have three blogs although two of them (one in friendster and one in xanga) are no longer updated. i found a home in blogspot (http://ninong.blogspot.com) and never had the need to create other blogs. i feel that i will be confused with more than one blog, since it will feel like separating myself (compartmentalize, in your terms) and i find it a little bit confusing and hard to maintain. although now, i intend to create an english blog since the one i have now is mostly in tagalog.

I have a journal on LiveJournal; a blog on 360.yahoo and a website http://natyrosado.com which sort of ties both blogs together. LiveJOurnal is a real journal; 360.yahoo is for everything and the website is to eventually show my new artwork and writings.
