Who would you hire - a barely passable-looking applicant or the pretty one?

I heard tell women are so catty they would do silly things out of spite. Suppose you are a manager, and you have to choose between two applicants. The two girls are equal in everything except face value. Would you hire the pretty one or the barely passable-looking one?
Understand that if you hire the pretty one, you will be unseated as the company's reigning muse. Hahaha.

To hire someone male/female jusr on the basis of face is not good. The manager who do such type of actions can destroy the business. The manager must be capable to understand the requirements of the job, comany and the hiring objectives. After well understanding of these things manger should hire the applicant whether he/she is nice looking or not.
but i will hire the pretty and the capable firl hahaha
