Ok, most people would probably agree that they would rather have a home cooked meal. However, reality is that way too many people are "too busy" and don't have family meals like they should. Be honest, do you eat more home cooked food (meals at home) or fast food meals (this would include take out since it is not home cooked)? How many times per week do you eat fast food? Do you bring home cooked meals to work for lunch or do you eat out?
