Anyone has receipes for cornish hen

I just brought two cornish hens, and I am looking for receipes. Anyone has any receipes they want to share, I need something that easy.

INGRIDIENTS --------------- 1 3/4 pounds boiling potatos(about 5/6), 1 1/2 pounds potobello mushrooms(about 4),steams removed, 4 table spoon cooking oil 1 1/4 tea spoon salt for taste 3/4 tea spoon fresh ground black pepper 2 cornish hens(about 1 1/4 pounds each),halved 1/3 cup olive oil 1 clove garlic minced 1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley METHOD ---------- put the potatoes in a medium sauce pan of salted water.bring to boil,reduce the heat & cook at a gentle boil until tender,about 30 mnts.drain the water. meanwhile light the grill.coat the mushrooms with 2 tbs spoon of the oil and sprinkle with some salt & pepper.grill the mushrooms,turning,untill browned & just done about 15 mnts.remove it. coat the hens with the remaining 2 tbs spoon cooking oil.sprinkled with salt & pepper.grill over moderate heat for 12 mnts.turn & cook until just done about 12 mnts more. when the potatoes & the mushrooms are cool enough to handle-peel the potatoes & cut them & the mushrooms into 1/4 inches.put them togetther in a large bowl & add the olive oil,garlic,pursley & salt ,pepper (quantity depends on u).mound on plates and top with the hens.

INGREDIENTS -------------- 8 tb spoon butter at room temp, 1/2 cup black olives halved and pitted, 2 tea spoon anchovy paste, 2 tb spoon grated orange zest 2 tea spoon orange juice 2 cloves garlic minced 1/4 tea spoon fresh ground black pepper 2 cornish hen(abt 1 1/4 pnds each) halved, 2 tb spoon cooking oil boiled oil or steamed rice for serving METHOD --------- light the grill .in a food processor, puree the butter & olives with the anchovy paste,orange zest,orange juice,garlic & pepper.with a rubber spatula.scrape the butter into a small bowl and refrigerate. rub the hens with oil and cook over moderate heat for 12 mnts.turn & cook untill just done,abt 12 mnts. remove the hes from the grill & serve with the rice.top each serving wth 2 tbs spoon of the flavoured butter.letting the butter melt over both the hen & the rice
