I accept most requests.
Periodically i check through my friends list and remove any that are inactive or never post to any of my discussions.
Occasionaly I accept someone and immediately get spam messages from them. They are automatically removed.

Yes, so far, I accepted you couple of minutes ago - lol! Of course, I always look the profile at first - what kind of discussions he started and responded, the interests etc., and if we have something in common I accept the request. We have crocheting - I guess I responded one of your dicussions about crocheting, didn't I?

Yes, I accept every friend's request which I receive. Even if they have 0 points, I will still accept them. I would never refuse as I wouldn't like to cause offence to anybody. However, if I find that they have just requested me to be their friend in order to send spam, then I will delete them immediately.

lately even i've come across some ppl who just send their referrals and spam the message board but all i do is simply look and throw it in the bin.. i.e. straight away delete it.. :)
no offences but i dont like being spammed.. but yes if someone sends me a link to their own site or portal i do make it a point to see it and say something to the person.. but there is a strict no no to other mega earning site which generally are a scam.

I used to but now I don't. I look at their profile, see what they have posted for discussions and what they have replied to. I look to see if we have things in common. If it doesn't look like I'd post to much of theirs or they won't be posting to mine I don't accept them as friends. I've also gone through lately and deleted some friends, ones that aren't active anymore for the most part. They hadn't logged in for a few months so I took them off my lists.

I will always except new friends with open arms.. This world is too small for us not to be friends! After all the more friends we have, the less room there is for enimies.

I accept most requests, but not all of them. The first thing I look at is the number beside the user name - if it's a very new person with very few posts, I wait a few days to be sure s/he is being active on the site. (And a person with a very low number but several hundred friends is always a NO!)
Then I check the person's interests to be sure we have *something* in common. If our interests are vastly different, then I generally decline the invitation...but most often, I can find a couple of interests that we share.

This is my second time on here. I had an account a long time ago, but I just now signed back up. Before when I was a member, I kept only a select amount, about 20. I refuse to be friends with anyone who I have nothing in common with and I would delete them after a while if they never responded to my questions or talked with me.

yes i do accept a friends request. i dont want to hurt any one. what is the problem if i have 50 friends nothing. but now i am thinking i will delete some of my friends as they have never responded to me even if i have responded to them. they dont understand it hurts me also. and i dont want to call a person as friend if he/she doesn't care about me.

I don't ask many people to be my friends on here anymore because I feel like there is such a thing as having too many. If someone asks to be my friend on here, I usually take a look at the discussions that they have started, if they have a lot of discussions that I think that I would like to answer, then I go ahead and add them.

yes i use to accept almost all the friend request i use to get for there is no harm in making friends over here and secondly if both of you two are regular visitor or regular surfer then the story is different otherwise iseems to be rare that both of you two meet frequently
