Contact Lens Wearers.......

How long have you been wearing contact lenses? How often do you change them? Do you sleep in your contacts? I've been wearing contact lenses for many many years. I wear the Acuvue brand. I do sleep in them and I probably don't change them nearly as often as I should. I don't have any problems with them though. How are you?

I use Freshlook lenses (in amethyst purple) and buy quarterly disposable ones. My eye doctor advised me to get them replaced at least every four months so that there won't be so many small incisions on the lenses which might have an averse effect on my eyes. I've heard that not taking good care of your lenses may get these scratches on the pupil and cornea and I know I'm not the world's best contact-lens cleaner, so I try to avoid this by disposing of them regularly.

Ive been wearing contact lenses for about a year, i like them better than glasses. I never sleep in my contacts because they feel uncomfortabe!

n i prefer my glass lenses fitted i a frame but my sister wears contact lenses for the past 8 yrs or so.. at present she uses bausch and lomb and renu to clean them
