What's your definition of cheating?

I have talked to many people in life, online and in a business situation who have described encounters with people that they are NOT in a relationship with. I'm asking your take... if you are involved with someone, where is the line drawn when it comes to cheating? Is simply talking to another person being a cheat? Does it have to involve a physical act? A kiss, a hug? What are your thoughts?
