superstitious beliefs: when you are sick, then suddenly your dog dies, it is said that your dog saved you from your sickness.
truth or coincidence??

I have heard of many superstitious beliefs but I have never heard this one. I would be really interested in anyone has more information on this.

yes,i believe so,we had a german shep once.a week before my dad's flight abroad my he complained of arthritis so painful, he couldnt walk straight(with our dog watching him curiously). after a few days,one of our shep's leg got crippled,got the vet check on her and diagnosed the ailment a result of our shep's heartburn.
my dad took off just fine,but of course you cant cure arthritis,he had some occasional inflamed toe.but the thing here is,he needed to be "ok" on or before his flight,he was that time.

maybe it was a co-incident.i'm really not sure,but old folks in our country believed in this

quite true. when i am ill my 3 dogs roam & sleeps by me thinking , licking along with their hearty wishes ever. this feels me to cure as early as possibble for them.

ohhhh... i can't live without my 3 dogs. they are not my pets - but they are my heart.
