Does anyone know of a program that I can talk on the internet without using a landline? A software that allows one to talk using the computer and an internet connection, I prefer a free one or one that charges very little.
I know Yahoo Messenger offers free computer to computer chat programs and they also have one cent calling plans where you can prepaid like five dollars and refill it when it drops below .25 cents.
