What do you -really- think about the people who play DOTA?

I've been on battle.net on and off going on 10 years now, and I've seen the evolution of a good number of custom games from Starcraft to WCIII.
But never in the history of b.net have i ever been more irritated by the majority of players than those who play DOTA so much that they get raging hard ons every time they score a kill on some new player. They then proceed to berate them with jibes like "joo r such a n00bZor". Don't expect your teammates to really support you either, if you're new to the game you've got to learn fast or you'll get nothing but malcontent from your teammates.
It's a huge shame too, because the fine tuning and balancing of the game has gotten to such a point that they could probably box and sell it seperate from WCIII and make a mint. It's a great game, and made even better when you find a couple people who actually don't make playing it such hell for the guy that, say, has a job, or, goes to school. (Middle school doesn't count, sorry.)
Let me just thank everyone who ever went on b.net and didn't stoop to the level of the great majority of jackasses. Thanks for being one of the good guys. (or gals).

I have been a big fan of the game for about 4 years now. I even tried the older maps made by Guinsoo. At first, I was frustrated playing Dota because many people tease you when they own you in the game.
It annoys me when they shout and try provoke you to anger. I know my limitations but sometimes I can't hold my emotion and make fight with other players inside the cyber cafe. It happened to me for about two times already.
Whenever play with newbies, I always teach them what item to be used for their heroes and give them some helpful hints in battle. I don't want them to experience what happened to me when I was at their level of skill on playing the game. It's the least that I can do for the new players.

Thank you for being one of the good guys. If only more could take your attitude and help new players instead of being jackasses.
