How do you feel about Car Dealers?

I'm curious as to what people think of car dealers and what their experiences have been. Have you had a horrible experience? A great one? What do you think could have made it a better? What members of the dealership did you interact with? Any thoughts about used vs new car dealers?

they are all the same. But coming from experience working in the motor industry for 15 years, I must say that the people that I worked with were lovely, but when it actually came to dealing with customers and hoping on a sale they actually turned into different people. It really is a tough industry to work in, its very cut throat so to speak. There are viscious nasty people out there, I'm sure everyone has had a bad experience of some sort. But occasionally there comes an honest genuine salesperson, which is rare.
