Imagine you got hit by a car....and could only be saved by a special operation. Having this operation would give you a normal, happy life but unfourtantely would make you have a terrible stabbing pain for the first 15 mins after waking up! Would you have the operation? I think I would... I could get thru 15 mins of pain every morning!

Your question is inappropriate and does not even make sense. It seems you are just trying to come up with anything to post. My suggestion is you try to come up with something that is a little more creative, and not just gibberish banal.
