I liked this episode of October Road. I thought the Dean was so smart to have Nick chose between the girl and his teaching job. That showed how much he wanted to teach.
It was a shock to see the dean as Dad's date. And that she arranged for Nick to come home so his dad could see him was sweet.
I loved the shut-in date! That was so nice that the other boys helped set up everything perfect.
It was sad when Sam realized that he was exposed to the nuts and went looking for Nick.
I think Nick should have gone after him.
All the way home, I kept telling him to pedal faster.
It is good that Grandpa knew immediately what Sam needed and sent the other brother for the epi-pen. I pray he is in time.

I love this show, the reason i started watching it was because of Nick, he used to be on One Tree Hill and I loved him on there so I had to check this show out and I am totally hooked. Did Nick's dad say get an epi pen or to call 911? I was kind of confused about the end. I was so mad that it wasn't on last week, but I can't wait till thursday to see when she finally tells Nick that Sam is his kid!!!

I saw Octobor road too and loved it. I thought it was really great what Sam said to whats his face when he didn't pick up the bartender. The next episode looks really good too. I was very surprised to see the Dean as Nick's dad's date. I would have been very upset too. I don't want Nick going after that other girl. He needs to be with Sam's mom. Did you hear that One Tree Hill is going off the air after this season? I saw something on mylot to night about and I really hope it's not true.

Last weeks October Road was a real "tear jerker."
I am anxious to see what happens tonight. I also enjoyed the "shut in" date. This show has a lot of originality.
Now that we know who was responsible for bringing Nick back to town, the show is making better sense. The dean is a great gal after all!
