When can you say that a person is emotionally distant?
Do you think you can tell a person who's still in courting stage an emotionally distant one?
Do you want to be in relationship with those kinds of persons?
Or anyone here is in relationship and can say that their partner is an emotionally distant person.
What do you feel? and how did you handle it?

"emotionally unavailable", in addition to its formal use, "is
also used casually to simply mean emotionally distant, unresponsive,
or cold."
If you're the one who's courting and he/she is not being responsive then that's an emotionally distant person...he/she may be distant to you but not necessarily to others as well...Mostly what they say about emotionally distant partners are they either are bored and doesn't want you anymore or has found someone else..it'll really lead to a break up of course since emotionally distant, being unresponsive is lessening the communication of you two..so there'll really be misunderstandings so it's better to talk about it...and open communication is the key to everything...
