In my 26 years, I've only have one boyfriend, and he's still my current boyfriend. He doesn't write me love letter, though. Too bad. But I always keep the little cards that are accompanied by the gifts/flowers he gives me. I'm really sentimental I have a boxful of letters I've accumulated from my friends over the years. Would I still keep the little cards my boyfriend gave me even if we break up? Yes, it's a nice way of remembering that this person, once in their life, thought the world of you.

It had better that you left them. In case you have new lover, it's very dangerous when she see them

memories , memories, i guess most of us keep old love letters and cards to remind us of old times and good times, haveing been married in the past i keep things like pictures of all of us haveing fun, but love letters, no thats not a good thing to keep around. it can have a devestateing effect on a new relationship, most women would react defensively if they were to come upon a love letter written to their bo from someone who might be a little over descriptive. just my thoughts
