Does your biological clock still work?

I found that most of my friends can't wake up without their electronic watches,if their alarm clocks go wrong, they may late for classes nine of ten.I wonder how many people still wake up by their internal clock in their daily life.

first, thanks for responding^-^.but in my opinion, even in the vacation seasons you wake up the same time is a good thing to your health.on the other hand, you had got more time than others'.isn't it good for you?you can do some reading or just walk around alone.take good use of your time,my friend, you will own a more suitable life.

I definitely need a machanical clock to wake up. My biological clock is a deep sleeper. And he thinks that I don't have to go to work if the alarm clock does not work! LoL. If I depend on my biologicl clock. I'll wake up well after 9 or 10am. That too, I suspect is because by that time the sun would have been shining migthly directly to my bed. However, I can depend on another biological being to wake up in the mornings. My GirlFriend :)

I'm one of them who have an internal alarm clock and can automatically wake up every morning at 6.30 am. and never missed.

Well, my biological clock still works. But, sometimes, I get annoyed. Specially during Saturdays and Sundays. I want to rest and get a lot of sleep. But my biological clock always wakes me up....I am really annoyed!

I set an alarm clock, but my own internal clock wakes me up before it goes off. And just this morning, I woke up looked at the clock ( i was right on time) and noticed that I had not turned it on last night. I am the internal clock for my hubby too!! If I didn't get up make coffee, and wake him up..... he would always be at the least 2 hours late!!

I am almost at retirement age, and I have not used an alarm for 20 years or more because I don't need to. When I did use an alarm, I always woke up 10 minutes before the alarm went off! I wake up at the same time every morning - between 5.30 and 6, without fail, and without an alarm. My kids have all left home, but still ask me to give them an early morning call when they have to get up for something special!
