I've been smoking on and off for the last 10 years, tried cold turkey, patches, nicorette lozengers and gum. Even read Alan Carr's "Easy way to quit smoking" and "Packing it in the easy way. Problem is I always give into temptation as all of my friends smoke, or make excuses like "not now, i'll quite on XXXX day, the problem is i keep procrastinating and to be honest i enjoy smoking just as much as i hate it, which is why i have been on and off. Its now getting so bad that if im down to my last $10 and if have to choose buying lunch at work, or another pack of ciggarettes, i'll buy smokes instead of food! I know its ridiculous so I'm opening up this discussion to find out about other peoples experiences and opinions about smoking. 1)So to the ex-smokers, tell me what finally motivated you to quit 2)To the non-smokers, tell me what you hate most about smokers
