Morning Walk or Morning Sleep?

Thank you very much. i hav just said i have a choice. either live life or it is going to live it for me. so here i am living every single day with a smile on my face and a song in my heart. i even skip down the street if the moment stricks me. i am happy, and grateful, life and the world are so good to me.

No doubt it would be SLEEP.I m not morning person at all and i hate to wake up early what most of my life i have to do. Thats why i value morning sleep a lot. I prefer to go for a walk daytime or at evening. Usually its not so cold, than at morning.

but you should know also about the beauty of the nature. morning wake up is a good habit and can help you to complete your all work in day time.
night is for sleep and day is for working.

Once I wake up in the mornings, then that's it. I couldn't go back to sleep again and I just have to get up. After I have finished my chores, I usually take a walk to the shops and get some fresh bread and mild. The walk in the mornings is very refreshing and it puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day.

I would have to say that I would prefer a sleep in. I prefer to walk about sunset as this can take my daily stress away.

A morning walk is what i' ll do if i were given that two options, morning walk or morning sleep. A morning walk freshes us up to the maximum for the day. A morning walk is also good for our health ehehe and after that a heavy breakfast and lets start the brand new day.

Well i think since your talking about morning thing, i think i prefer the morning walk rather than morning sleep as i always have evening sleep so when i woke up in the morning i always do morning walk.
So Morning walk is my answer, how's that? hehe
