how do you cope with stress?

i know how it feels to be busy and live through the day like 24 hours is not enough to do all that you have to do. i once worked and went to school at the same time. i would go to school during the day and stay awake at night 'till early morning for work, and steal a few hours of sleep before it's time for school again. it wasn't easy but then i got used to it and became a routine. there are some times though that you get overloaded and you can't decide what to do next. you don't know what to prioritize because everything is important. when i go through this, i usually unwind by doing things that make me feel relaxed. i go for ice skating or riding a motorcycle with my friend so i can feel myself going on a fast pace. it helps to feel the rush and the wind on your face. and then a cup of my favorite coffee does the final touch. it also helps if a friend is with you when you de-stress. talking is a very good outlet. hehehe.. how about you, guys? how do you cope with stress?

When im physically stressed, i would usually go to the spa to have a massage or take vitamin supplements to boost my immune system. Whenever im psychologically stressed, i would take a walk inside the university of the philippines-diliman campus and would cry while im walking when i feel like to. Furthermore, when im emotionally stressed, i would listen to lea salonga songs and she never fails to lift me up.
