Need clarification on how mylot earnings are valued?

I am not very clear on how myLot earnings are valued? Is it a post by post method, or someones reviews what you have posted and depending on that you are assigned earnings? What is the weightage of starting discussions to posting replies to adding comments etc?
Can someone please clarify?
I would really like seeing experienced myLot uers sharing their thoughts? Or if someone knows how this is actually done, please share.

I don't understand too. Maybe it because they see how many posts that you give for a day, plus how many discussions that you made in one day, how many people respond to your discussions. The more people respond to your discussions the more you get higher earning. I post about 30 posts on day 1 and I get 0.3, on day 2 I post exactly 30 posts but I only made it too 0.2.
