Papaya is rich in an enzyme called papain (a protease which is useful in tenderizing meat) and other proteins. The papaya enzyme, papain, is also marketed in tablet form to remedy digestive problems. In fact in india, srilanka and other eastern contries people were sucessful in getting the pregnencey aborted by tke raw green papaya. About the effects in male contraception was not know but now reserchase have shown positive results. The extracts of seeds of Papaya is a positie contraceptive for male.

I like to eat papaya fruit because it is good for health.

Papaya is very low in calorie hence diabetic people can also take this fruit.
