On being a single mom

I'm a single mo for 6 years now, our life is peaceful and we're content with each other.my daughter is asking a lot of question about her dad, do i have to tell her what happened ah her age or do i ahve to wait until she reach the age of 7 or 8 to tell her the truth that her dad left us for another girl?advice please

I believe that she has the right to know everything but of course at the right time. If you know that she'll understand it already, go on. She deserves it.
