In my younger age 22, i was a bread winner in my family. Ill do all i can do, strive to work, to fill there needs. When I was 17 yrs old i started that task, its so really hard to fill that role. It is a thing that need focus, tears, joy and laughter. It was really really hard coz you must do anything and find some solution in each problem, to be able to enter the small hole of a needle. How bout you my friend?, will your agree that this kind of role is really too hard to fill?. If you are like this, can you put some things on how to make it easier. Come and lets start a discusion.

I guess your parents are deceased now or you stood up as the head of the family since your parents were old now to raise you all in the family. Yeah, this is a task too hard to fulfill that was loaded by your parents on your back. It is not really easy to do this thing. You quitely fulfill all the missions of a breadwinner if you stayed single for the rest of your life.Being a breadwinner, you have to support all your earnings, efforts, feelings and dedications towards them. At your age, you are so young but i doubt you could not fulfill it. Maybe a part of it. I don't think you let all your time be spent with them since they are your family, you don't have time for your self? How about your dreams? Your lovelife and its future family to raise? Your plans for a better life wherein you are born in meager situations? I don't thinks so, you let it slips it on your hands. Only you need someone to share this responsibility to your bothers and sisters not you alone my dear. This will make your missions easier to fulfill.May you have enlighten and have more smooth plans acquired.

The situation is the same with me dude, I have never had a time for myself or for my girl eversince I started working for my family. Even if I wanted to take them for granted and enjoy what I earn for myself my conscience wont allow me.... If only I had more time to enjoy my life before I became the bread winner I would be more happier...

hi maricel! just like you im also a bread winner in the family of 4, both of my parents doesn't have a job/work. I was a bread winner at the age of 21 after graduating college. We're all sisters so im the eldest i took the responsibility. It's really hard. I took the risks of having credit cards. My salary goes to the credit cards, their allowances and other expenditures within the family. Almost nothing left for me and sometimes i feel helpless. Actually, everyone in the family should joined hands and helped each other so you can go on with everyday living. Budget your expenses as well. As for me,i told my other sisters that once they graduated college, they need to help me and the younger ones.
