AS per statistics, It is said that atleat 8-10 big glass of water should be gulped down in a day!
For those who are not aware, Water is the best drink for body, it not only satisfies thrist but also detoxify the body. It helps in digestion and keeping the cell moist. Good drinking habbits(i mean water here...:)) helps your sikn glow and hair shine.
SO how much water do you have per day?? DO you keep a check on your drinking water habbit???Were you aware of this fact???

I've never known water has so many functions.What's worse,i often don't drink any water one day sometime.But from now on,i'll drink 8-10 glass of water per day as you refered.And i'll told my gf to do so.Cause water is so important to sikn and hair and your other part of our body.Thanks!

Yes, I too take water of 8-10 big glass every day. And I am also aware about how water can help our body.

I know the fact that water helps you a lot but I do not know the many benefits. I do not have good drinking habits because when I am seating in front of my monitor screen, I will forget to drink water, so I did not keep track on how much water intake I have each day. Through your discussion, I am motivated to drink even more water every day.

I don't drink as much as I should. I know, I am headed for danger. But, the country where I'm living, the water isn't that great, and there are cold drink stall everywhere and their so cheap, cheaper than water. After reading your discussions. I'm going to start drinking more water. Thanks. The power of myLot discussion may just let me live a little longer. Ha, Ha!

5-6 glass of water and I really accept that to have more of them than this.Drinking water after every 1 hour helps you more than anyhting.It always help in making the cells in digestion as well as moisturising them.But I rarely keep track of the drinking stats.

Yes, i know that drinking good and enough water prevents most of the disease. Everyone should be made to know about this, they just think that drinking water satisfies our thirst

Thanks for the reminder, it's something I have to keep reminding myself everyday. I know of this fact and I believe it. I don't keep track of how many glasses a day I drink, though I really try to drink as much as I can. It's nice to think of it that it helps a lot in taking care of the skin especially. But what I don't really like about it is I frequently use the bathroom.

No, i dont think i'm drinking enough water everyday. I know we need to drink atleast 8glasses of water a day because it can detoxify our body. But i cant make it. I'm just only drinking 2-4 glasses of water and sometimes less of it. But i'm trying to reach the minimum amount because it's also for my health and make my skin glow and shine..Yah your right..lol

No, i do not think I am drinking enough water. My doctor always scold me about this matter. i just can't drink plain water. Sometimes, i have to eat sweet food before I can drink water. The result...I have develop kidney problem.

I am aware of this fact but I'm sorry to say I don't drink that much. I'd much rather drink juice or tea. I also drink a lot of soda.
My mother always used to make me drink a lot of water even when I didn't want to, and so I think thats part of the reason why I don't do it nowadays. I drink more water in the summer when I'm out hiking, I usually take a big bottle of mineral water with me, and thats about it.
I know I should drink more of it. I think this year will be the year. I have a lot of changes in store for myself.

I am glad this discussion has urged you to include drinking water as a habbit for yourself. Lemme tell you, I understnad getting up and taking a glass of water could get boring, but on a long term basis, water is the best ailment and it prevents disease which is far better than curing them. after all " PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE!!!"

I think i should drink more water a day.As of now,i try to drink as much water as possible because it is good for health and also because the weather is very hot here.I think it's good to drink at least a minimum of 1-1.5 liters of water per day as that coincides with the amount excreted in the urine in normal individuals.

yeah i was aware of this fact before. But since i am in A?C while in office , i dont feel like drinking water. So i usually make it a point to drink water every one hour. Its very important that u drink lots of water. It helps in many ways.

I drink a lot of water because i reed about this on internet and i now is good for health.
Now i drink in the morning 1 l and after i eat something because i reed about this still and is ok for me.
After 12 you can drink again 1 l and this is for one day i think.
In the night is not good to drink much because you mut waik up to go bath and this is not ok.
This i do every day.

I think I am following that rule enough.. I do drink about 8 big glasses in a day...
I would just want to share this with you and I hope you could share your thoughts...
According to a doctor named Pearl Pagunsan, a person should not drink water while he's eating. According to him [trust me, he's a guy] drinking water while eating paralyses the digestion process because drinking would dilute the natural hydrochloric acid present in our stomach... I think he's correct at this point but I find it very hard to avoid drinking while I'm eating - I fell thirsty when I eat, I guess nobody can blame me... LOL
What's your opinion on this???

You are right. While eating one must avoid drinking water and even one must drink water after around half an hour of food. This is basically for what usaid above. And for one more reason is that, if u drink while eating, you will fell a full stomach and will not have a full diet so people avoid drinking water while eating.
If you feel thirsty after eating food,gulp in just 1-2 mouthful water and drink a big glass later!

Drinking coffee will make you more thirsty if you are drinking caffinated, caffine is a deuretic and also will make you want to go to the loo more!

i had alot of acne and due to this started drinking lots of water i drink around 15 glasses a day and this has worked wonders, i dont get acne anymore and my skin started glowing too.
