What it would be the future of our planet?

How many years mother earth will survive? What future to our childrens?

If things really go well, the planet will be sucked into the sun when it explodes, which will be many millions years to come, and us, we will be history. However, an end could come to the inhabitants much earlier by another bang or a nuclear disaster. The future of the planet is not good, and for those who are living now, the only worry is a nuclear attack from somewhere or a bang from an asteroid.

The earth will still be here long after people have annialated (I'm not sure how to spell that)humanity. Current leaders seem to be doing a good job of heading in that direction.

False complacency maybe. A sense that things have always worked out without us having to get involved, so why bother. Or just plain laziness -- "Let the other guy do it."

I don't know what the future of this planet is, but I think we need to seriously start taking care of it by not polluting and littering. This is our home we should take care of it.
