You know, on most days I don't even make that many posts, but I usually make about a dollar, and on weekends when I have more time I've made $3 sometimes a day.
I think really the key is just to post discussions and replies that actually say something instead of just posting to post. I find topics that I am genuinely interested in and then just talk naturally about them, instead of thinking about how much money I'm going to make for this post. As a result, I wind up with posts that are "quality" and that net me more money than if I had just made many short, quick posts.

Not necessarily "important". I just mean you shouldn't just say "no" or "yes" or "I like pie" but instead explain your viewpoint or what kind of pie you like and who makes it best. See what I mean?
Even if the topic is something like "What kind of car do you like?" it's better to say what you like about that car and when you had your first one (or plan to) instead of just naming a type of car. It's always best to give a little bit of detail instead of just answering a question or stating an opinion.

Oh I understand what you are saying. Make a discussion and give details about what you want to discuss. I.E. "What is your zodiac sign?" Then "my zodiac sign is ______" and after that "A _______ is ambitous, has a strong personality, and is loyal.

One really good, solid way to keep a steady income at Mylot is to make sure you have a hefty amount of digital images on hand. I have thousands archived, so all I have to do is do a general sweep through them on any particular subject, and start uploading. You can upload around thirty photos a day, so between them and twenty or so decent, quality posts, you should get very near your dollar mark. Some days you will be a little short, but on others, if you have posted a discussion that garners quite a few responses, you can easily double that amount.
I know some people rely heavily on referrals, but I have had no success with that and have to rely on myself.
Learning to type quickly will also be a benefit to you!

Perhaps learning to type better will help you in being able to cut down on your time in doing things, and doing things faster.

I would say that you need at least twenty-five really substantial posts a day to keep it at around one dollar. Try to answer questions as descriptively as possible and give a lot of thoughts to your answers. Also, try to begin some discussions, but add some personal stories of your own that other posters can relate to so they will be motivated to answer you. It's really not that hard to earn one dollar a day. I average around fifty posts a day and I earn anywhere from a $1.50 to $2.00.

Some say as little as 20 and others say as much as 100. You know what I discovered? The more I comment, the easier this becomes. That was my problem earlier when I started going on Mylot. I would just type small responses and not think about quality. I soon gave up thinking that Mylot isn't worth my time, but I've recently got back into it. The point is practice and repetition really helps a lot. Well that was irrelevant. I think I am going to be on Mylot for a while. Thanks for your comment.
