the star means that you've just made your 100th post. the number in the star represent your reputation/rating. You can have a number from 1, meaning the lowest up to 10, the highest. Make more good quality response and participate more, and if people rate you positively, you will see the rating go up :) cheers

You will get a star if you reach more than 100 post. Plus you have 5 in your star, means they valued your quality post as 5. Congratulation for your star. I just got mine too. It felt like you have been awarded by something..LOL.

Congratulations for obtaining a green star which means that you have completed your 100 post with a rank of 5 resulting from the rating of your fellow members. The next grading star for you is pink, grey, yellow, red and blue each having a number 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 within it. The highest rank in mylot is a blue star and number 10 within it. Wish you achieve the blue star with number 10 very soon.

Its the reputation marks you got for your topics and responses.Its alloted to every mylot members after the completion of 100th response.I still remember it was 6 for me after my 100 responses.
