Do you want your kids to grow up to be like you? Or do you think they can......

I want my child to be whatever he is supposed to be. I do plan to give him a better start in life than I had, and hope that will make him come out more emotionally and mentally stable than I am. But otherwise... I just hope that whatever choices he makes for himself, he is happy.

I want them to be them. I don't want a copy but an original.

My son is already an adult and I have done better in my life than he has. When he was little I did want him to do better than I but he is an adult and his own person and has made his decisions.

I definitely want them to do better for themselves than I have!! I think everyone wants that no matter how well they are doing for themselves.
I think I could of done A LOT of things differently with my life and I'm trying to turn all my mistakes into good things, but it's very very challenging!
I want them to have it all and do it all! I love my babies and no matter what they do or turn out to be, I will be right there for them! God Bless all the children in the world! Have a great day!

I know that I could have done better with my life if there was somebody knowledgeable to guide my way through whether in school or the roads I chose in life. As for my children, what I do is ask what are their goals and interests and what are their plans. Then I guide them through so they will be more successful.

Yes, I agree that sometimes so much potential in individuals is wasted when there is no one who recognizes their talent.
