"If I was failed in Secondary level, It would be so far better my life" the saying of Sabin, 28. He had comleted Masters in Management in 2005. He had started to search the when he was in certificate level.
He explains,"If I was failed in secondary level, I would go for any technical job like; Automechanic, Pluming, Taxi driver, even a porter where at least opportunity for engaging. And if I had spent this much time and money which I had spent on Masters Degree, I would be expert and established on one of these field." he adds,"Due to this certificate I felt demoralized myself to again go for these work. I fears What my parents would feel and what my friends would say if I go for these labour job. It's really shameful to me"
Education also one of the reason of unemployment expali Ramesh, 28., " Ihave many exaple that the person who had break their studies are engaged one of the work but we, who had completed graduation are in infnite search of job". He gare me the ezample of 9 -10 friends who had breaked their studies before secondary, all them are engaged. Some of them are construction worker, street ventor, retail shop owner and farmer. he also added more 9 -10 example of other friends who had completed at least certificate level even some of them are master degree holder. Most of them are in search of job and some of them who had got job also working too less salary than other friends.
"I don't think we should not do any lower job if we have good academic qualificatio." says Vishnu, 26. He had completed Diploma in Management and currently studying Masters in Management. he drives taxi after his collage. He adds," Lets' assume after 5-6 years most of the people we be at least academic graduated, then who will do these lower class job. Job is job whether it is white color or blue color. We hav eto respect the job."
In this connection one of my fried had told me,"The reason of unemployment is their own habit. That's the job which they can and available they don't want and the job they want they can't."
In my opinion education can never barrier to employment but education must be planned and relating to the job. Generally we believe only the academic certificates are the measure of education but other technical training and skills also should be recognizing as the level of education. We should aware that which profession we are going to adopt and what types of education requires for it. We can see lots of the people who had gained good certificate in one filed but engaged in another field Which makes diffculties to work and minimize the quality too. So there should be planning from goverment level that what types of human resource require in future, the education program should be arrange accordingly to prepare the perfect manpower and minimize the ratio of unemployment.

What about if you don't have the opportunity to study what you want and if you can't choose for yourself, what about if international organization (world bank...)have already choose your destiny because in this case we are talking about learning modern science but Education in my area have a meaning different than instruction. Education is one's background, what you learn from your culture,it's your every day's life,it's the social rules you learn from elders in your community

I agree to that! education is the key to a good job. So what if other people have job as a driver or factory worker. Not that i'm putting this jobs down but what i mean is that you can get a better job. It might not be in your country but overseas. And make sure your education is in line with your interest and dream job.
