Do You Flirt To Please or Tease?

Do you flirt to tease or flirt to please? If you see someone you like in a bar, club or even on line do you brazenly flirt with them? Is it just a bit of fun to you or do you take it seriously? Do you like the thrill of the chase but once you've caught them go shy?
When are you the flirtiest? When you are out alone, with friends or where no one knows you?
What do you enjoy best about flirting?

Oh well - now I am a respectable "older" lady in a committed relationship, I don't get much chance or inclination to flirt anymore............ but if I'm honest I was a terrible flirt in my younger days. I was tall, slim, blonde and - erm- well endowed - pity I've got older - LOL! And I used to go out with the grls and enojy the fact that so many men were looking at me! Hope that doesn't sound bad? Of course this doesn't mean I carried it further than flirting in all cases - wasn't that much of a tart -LOL! - but I did enjoy what I guess was a feeling of "control", and I was certainly at my flirtiest in big groups, which I guess were the safest places to do it with nothing bad happening. Guess you would have probably called me a "tease". I'm a lot older now of course, though Eduardo (my partner) tells me I still know how to do it when I want something!! LOL!!

Oh I tell him that every day - LOL! And - no - I don't mind you asking. He is from Argentina, so you weren't so far wrong in your guess! Have a nice day my friend!

I think it's probably easier to flirt online, I am quite a shy guy so if someone makes eye contact I'd probably look away, just out of embarrassment. I do think flirting is good though, it doesn't always have to be done in over the top way either. It can be more sutble, a few glances or shared jokes, and can form the basis of good friendships as well...

Hi there, thanks for your comment. I think a sense of humour is a great ice breaker too. I guess flirting depends how out going you are to some extent. I find that I can flirt in a friendly/ funny way with people at work or whatever, it doesnt' really mean anything but it's all about having a laugh and getting to know people.

I flirt to tease. If I see someone I'm attracted in a bar, or club, I might flirt with 'em if I see a chance. It's just for fun to me. Yes, I like the thrill of the chase, especially when they're into me. I flirt if I see no trouble of doing it. I flirt if no one knows me. But it also depends on the scenario.

I'm taken, but I used to flirt just for the hell of it, because I liked leading people on. I'm a good flirt but I'm not particularly interested in going home with anyone that I'm not in a relationship with. I'm flirtiest at dark bars because I always know I look good! Haha.

When I was single and found that flirting could get me what you wanted I would go full throttle. I must admit it was quite a powerful thing to be able to do.
However, once I settled down with my partner I would not even entertain anyone who came up to me and made a comment. I always thought that would be cheating on him and I would hate to think he might do the same thing. Also, as I am quite impulsive, I would not want to take the risk!!

i can be a total flirt, but i am an innocent flirt and it usually means nothing. However, when i flirted ith my (now) beloved, it was the real deal. i wanted him to make me his. And he did! So it payed off. my friends and i shamelessly flirt with each other and my beloved's friend and i flirt regularly. It's all in good fun. my beloved knows it and has no issue with it at all. he flirted with one of my best friends, too and i thought it was fine. Flirting can be completely innocent, and as long as you both are in the right place, there is nothign wrong eith it.

Now brian, whateever possessed you to come up with this discussion? *grin* I sometimes flirt to please but I like to tease. lol I get my share of guys who like the way I flirt. lol When I really like someone though I can go over board. Until I either get a green light or a BIG RED light. Once I see which light it is then I go from there. But a little flirting never hurt anyone. Most people like the attention. *Bats my eyelashes at wolfie " lol I would much rather flirt a bit and have a guy chase me lol

i think we'd better not take flirting seriously.its just a kind of fun.i especially enjoy doing it in bar or club or sometimes online, with bf or even strangers(when i am not in relationship).
you might be a shy person for most of the time, but there are some given moment you go naughty and flirt.its fun!
