we just had our family together today, and they complained of not getting easter candy or something from us this year! i didn't even think about it i guess. they all have so much, and my daughter doesn't even eat candy, so why would they care so much?

AHHHH
Let it go... It's really not your problem, so don't make it youre now.
My son travels for his job, not home much, my daughter a junior in HS. Doesn't need the candy as she is losing weight...
Think maybe your kids have had such a GREAT life, they have to find something to moan about. Tough!

They are probably still just kids at heart and Easter wouldn't be Easter without some candy. This was the first year for us also without baskets, but I did a "community bowl" this year for all of us to share.

My kids haven't moved out yet because they are still young, but I still will when they do move out.
