What do you think is the best programming language to use, vb 6 or C ?

Which is te easiest and the best language to use when a program(any)?Is it visual basic 6 or C language?

I don't think so. Use only vb6 if you want to create simple applications. And vb6 is only available in Micro$oft (corrent me pls). If you want to create powerful application, use C.

Hey dear i want to make u clear abt type of programming. i m not a mastro but with my experience i m able to say that c is a programming language for development from the grass level and u can do any thing with this programming language since it is robost where as visual basic is gud for application development and on a back boe of windows. so its your choice what you want to be in future with a programming language. i think i m clear to you. anyways gud luch and have a nice day thank you

VB 6 is by far the easiest between the two. It doesn't have any pointers and it supports strings LOL. However C is faster and more reliable. So your choice depends mainly on what you want to do with them.

c++ is best bcz it's pure oops language although it may be complicated language it has inbuilted with lot of good concept like pointers,operator overloading,stream mainly this language is the base for all language huge projects are done with the help of c++ like games project,java software etcc. my vote for c++ no language can achieve this!
