Becoming a party planner

I love organizing and planning parties! I'm wondering if anyone knows how to get into the party planning business? I have a degree in web design, so I'd like to create my own website and then just promote myself around my town. I just think that is harder than it seems and I wondered if there is any other things I should do to get into the business?

I dont really know anything about that business but other then the website, I dont think you would have a huge start up cost. Maybe ask around & see if it is in high demand in your area. If so, you might could make some great money doing it. Of course the key to makeing anything successfull is dedication & ADVERTSING it. I hope it works out great for you! Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
