Here is one of my favorites:
Macaroni and Cheese
vegetable oil cooking spray
8 ounces of elbow macaroni
1 container (10 ounces) of refrigerated alfredo-style pasta sauce
1 pkg (3 cups) of pre-shredded sharp chedder cheese
1 tbl of olive oil
1 cup of bread crumbs
1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
2.Mist an 2 quart glass or ceramic baking dish with cooking spray.
3.Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add salt and stir into the macaroni. Reduce the heat to medium-high and cook the macaroni uncovered about 8 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the macaroni well.
4. Transfer the macaroni to the prepared baking dish. Add the pasta sauce,2 cups of cheese, and reserved pasta cooking water, and stir all the ingredients to mix it well. Scatter the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top.
5.In a small bowl toss the olive oil with the bread crumbs, and then scatter them on top of the cheese.
6. Bake until the macaroni and cheese is bubbly and the bread crumbs are lightly browned. It should be ready in about 25 minutes.

My Homeade Mac-N-Cheese recipe is:
Boil Elbow Noodles
In a saucepan stir in:
1/2 half a stick of butter
a few shakes of dry mustard
3 bricks of extra sharp cheese, shredded yourself
1 small can of evaparated milk
STIR WELL
Mix the noodles in and stir.. Put in a oven safe dish!! Sometimes I will add Stewed tomatoes, and sometimes mix in cottage cheese to. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.BAKE at 350 degrees for 30 mins. My family loves this recipe!!

Instead of milk, try half and half in it; that really makes it good;of course, you gotta wait for the milk to bake through; but other than that, that's the way to go.
