I do. Sometimes I buy a lot of ingredients and try to cook something new. Most of the time it ends up into a food fiasco. Now, I just try it with a few ingredients first especially when I don't know if it will turn out well. Do you enjoy experimenting? Does it turn out well?

I love to try a different types of food. I will do some experiment to the recipes which I got from anywhere and taste the things. Sometimes I will try to eliminate any ingredients which I don't have in my living area to something which is similar to them. As far as I am experimenting my recipes, I am happy that they turn out well and the taste also nice.

I am adventurous when cooking, I try out different recipes, and sometimes I do combine recipes that I have and comeout with a new one. At times it turns out to be better than the orginal one, sometimes of course I have to throw it away. Being adventurous makes life going.

I usually use recipes I know I like for the week. This prevnts a ruined dinner. I save the new recipes for the weekend where I have some more time to try them out.
