Opps... did I make you mad? I swear it wasn't my intention. :( Try getting more friends on your list - I think this will really help you get more responses. It will also help if you are known to check back on your discussion. And did you mention jokes? You shouldn't be posting jokes if you want responses. Yup, read it again, no typo. Jokes shouldn't be posted as discussions because there is pretty much nothing to be discussed. I noticed people who post jokes regularly tend to get a bad rating. Nothing to do with me, but apparently people give minus liberally to jokes-posters. PS.: You only have 96 posts to your account... you have just started. :P

Mad? Well you don't seem to be mad. I think you're just frustrated that you worked so hard on this site but you don't seem contented in what they pay you. Anyway, if you reall ywant more money through the net then why not try selling things. I do understand how you feel. Is there anything i can do to help? feel free to message me alright?

This sitye cannot be about making money only. As I told the people I referred.. you will not get rich. It is a nice way to pass time AND make a little cash. I don't have thousands of referrals, I have 2 right now. Both just started. Maybe they'll make me money, maybe they won't I only informed people I consider friends that may enjoy this site while making some cash as well. I have good quality friends on my list and my highest response has been like 88 replies. Sometimes I only get 3 or 4. I always try to respond to my friends discussions as long as they are relevant to me and I have something to add. I requested you as a friend and will do what I can to reply to your discussions.

Patience is a vitue my friend. Don't get frustrated. Sooner or later you will have replies on the discussion you have posted. Try to divert your time also into something more productive and something thaw would generate your income. I know my lot is not sufficient even if you try and work harder. Peace Man! Goodluck!

Hmmm .. i was quite amused on how you honestly take your frustration over having few responses on your discussions. Don't be too disappointed, you are not alone in this. Lordwarwizard have been here for quite some time now, naturally he already made connections with lots of mylot users. I checked out you profile and you only got 15 friends, so with that number it is really hard to get a lot of responses. Add friends, thats how you can ensure that somebody will somehow read and respond to your discussions. I just sent you a request to be added, by the way. You are still practically a newbie here, so try to respond to as many different users discussions as possible to establish connections. I am so sure whom ever you replied to will check back on you. Just take it easy, ok. Many of us here have no referrals for a long time and because i cannot find a referral i made my sister a referral. I also went to that experience where i was told i could probably just scamming them to join a pyramid scheme site and that was not really funny. If you got a blog or a webpage try to write about mylot and don't forget to append your referral link. In a matter of time, you will finally get a referral. It works for me. I was just shocked to find i got 2 other referrals now aside from my sister who are perfect strangers. I hope you will now at least feel good, there's more than quite a bit responses to this discussion and counting. Enjoy your stay in myLot community!

I don't have any jokes and I'm not mad at the worls but it does suck the way some people get sooooo many responses. I am no god at figuring out which will be a good discussion and which is going to bomb. I usually get it backwards and the ones I think will take off get no responses, and then the ones I think will get very few responses start doing well. I don't get it.

champr23~ sounds more like you are frustrated than anything. Understandable. I get frustrated to when no one responds to my discussions, but hey, what can I do? I have been trying to build up my friends base on here before I start posting more discussions to see if that will help and have decided to just stick with rating discussions that I find valuable and intersting to me until then. I also have a blog that I use for trying to get referrals here and I also run a forum of my own that I use for my referral url's and others are more than welcome to post there as well as long as it is not a bunch of spam. ha ha! I noticed that also.. I wonder what is this man's secret.. He answered to you that having many friends can be the possible solution right? and then answer more regularly.. I must do my best in that part he he! Good luck to us and don't be mad.. we will reach that point also..

champr23, I didnt think you sounded mad either - as others said, but I can definitely relate to your frustration at everyone thinking making money from home is all scams and schemes. HA, I have been supporting my kids alone since 2003 by working from home, but if others dont want to believe it, then it is their loss, not mine. :) I have two words for people who say you can't earn a substantial LIVING from home...."you're right!" as long as you maintain that mindset, you never will. :) Better days Champr
