Does anyone have a good chicken recipe? I will use the frozen chicken breasts. I would love to have a good recipe with a sort of citrus or sweet flavor. I am so tired of plain baked chicken and BBQ chicken. Thanks in advance

This recipe is famous here in the Philippines. It is called Chicken Adobo. This is not sweet but u might like it. Cut you chicken into medium size. Put it in the pan. Then put some soy sauce, vinegar, ground pepper, minced garlic and a little water. Let it boil until it tender. Then remove the sauce (set aside) then put some cooking oil in the pan and fry the chicken until it turned golden brown. Then pour back the sauce and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Presto! You now have our favorite Chicken Adobo. Happy eating...

Ranch Chicken Pour ranch dressing over the chicken after it has been cooked partially. Put herb stuffing, the crumbs not cubes over top and finish cooking. My family likes it.

Sweet Chicken curry with milk and green paper. Take piece of chicken meat you want to eat Take some onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, hot spice, green paper, salt adequately according to quantity of meat. Fry it in sufficient butter oil taking all above pastes and spices and keep on oven until meat is coocked sufficiently. Then give a glass of milk, water and some sugar to make it little sweetened and boil it until fit for eating. Do not dry milk and water. Then eat.

Mince a couple of cloves of garlic (or just buy it minced) and put it in a bowl with 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, the juice of 3 limes & 1 lemon (and an optional 1 tbsp of tequila). Pour over chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes. Cook however you want (baked, grilled, rotissed...)
