what is your ideal man/woman?

i only pose this question because i've been trying to figure exactly what i'm looking for in a man and am unable to articulate it.
for those of you who are involved with someone, is your partner your ideal or not, and how close to your ideal is he or she? did you have an easy time to find this person?

My ideal man is:He who can take responsibilities and he is caring,loving kids,loving family members,be nice to friends.And there is one thing more:he is not a workholic.Workholic usually regards work is the most important thing,and is not suitable to be a husband or father.And he should not to be too jealous.Cuz those who are too jealous can do something unbelivable.I have heard some news about a jealous husband always suspect his wife.And i don't think to be his wife will be happy.

Yeah I agree with you about the workholic issue. I once dated a guy that was a bit of a workaholic and it just complicated matters big time.
