build a genuine castle in sydney

I have a crazy idea of building a full scale, authentic castle in western Sydney. It will be on 10 acres at the foot of the blue mountains, complete with moat, draw bridge, arrow loops, hidden entrances, dungeon, great hall, fireplace/bookshelf revolving walls etc etc. I will employ a full time cast of actors dressed in period costume and have a dinner show every night, not unlike comedy resturants. People will be able have the full historical experience to stay overnight in a real life castle. Upon entering, men and women will be transformed to kings and queens and be served accordingly for the duration of their stay. Activities will include, but not limited to, jousting, archery,battle field games, witch hunts etc. This will attract international celebrity guests which will have a flow on affect for the surrounding community economy. Public free access days will allow kids, young and old to see something quite unique. There is only one company of master stone masons that build these true castles, they are in America and i will be bringing them out for the duration of the build. It should take between 2 to 5 years and cost a little over $45 million. Anyone who wants in on this project is welcome to donate. Express your interest here, i will get back to all responses.
