How do you celebrate your children's birthday!

Children have become very demanding now-a-days. They go to other children's birthday parties and force parents to organize their birthday party at least on equal scale if not better. Do you organize the party in house or outside?
My younger daughter is completing one year on 24th of this month. She can not speak but her elder sister wants the party to be organized in McDONALD'S. So we have booked the hall there.

We celebrate children's birthday by performing pooja in the morning. In the evening a party in the house or at some other place. In the house only family members and relatives living mearby are present. When it is outside, we invite neighbours and other relatives and friends also.
