what is it that you're willing to give up for the sake of your relationship with your partner? would you change yourself just to please him? like if he doesnt want you to wear makeup, short skirt, sleeveless blouse, and more. me i think i cant but im willing to adjust just to meet him in the middle as long as i think that its for the better. but if he will ask me to change myself for his selfish intentions then the answer is no.

I refuse to change for anyone let alone a guy (yes that includes my husband)....My attitude is, you liked all these things about me when we met and first dated, whta makes you think its unacceptable or that I'll change now that we're married? If who I am and what i'm about bothers someone that much all of a sudden, they need to be on their way IMO

I think that relationship is all about compromises, and if you are really in love with each other, then you should be able to accept each other as you are. When that is said, I also feel that, if for any reason one partner in a relationship is uncomfortable with something that the other partner does or does not do, then it is important to talk about it, and to reach a compromise that both partners can accept and agree with.
