What is the right time for breakfast?

On weekday, I am always rushing to send the kids to school and getting to work. And breakfast is just sandwich and a cup of hot tea that I grab from the company cafeteria. By the time I am at my desk, it is already 9am at least.

I don't usually have breakfast but my 10 month old daughter is on a pretty solid routine. She gets up around 7 - 7:30am & has a bottle right away then she'll have her breakfast foods (usually toast) around 9:30am. I have tried making her breakfast sooner but it just sits there & does nothing until around the 9:30am mark anyway! I cant force it down her throat so whenever she eats is up to her - i'm happy as long as she eats!

having breakfast at 9 or 10 is too late. The ideal time is 7:30 am.
