Why do we lag behind China?

india and china were similar in the period of 1930's and 1940 even in 1960's as well.. even worser than us.. One thing that happened at correct time is the globalization.. which happened in india in 1990's so we are laggin china by 20 years..

Because, it is china and community and ours is INDIA centimentail community,,

We are more brilliant than china, but they have more disciplined country than ours. Our people most of them are lethargic and lazy. We boast of brain drain, but per capita of India is lower than China. Though they have language problem, still they are able to offer education to Britishers!!! China offers education to foreigners.
