What do most people or children do nowadays?

What do most people do now adays? do children spend time in front of their TVswatching cartoons or playing their video games? How about young adult? do they spend their time in the internet or busy with their work in the office? Do people now adays still read relevant books? or they are just to busy with other things.Some times technolgical advances can also bring disadvantages in acquiring knowledge, instead of reading or engaging in a funful activities, they tend to stay at home and play with their joysticks or keyboards.

Well, my 4 year old nephew does nothing but watch TV and play computer games all day. But sometimes, when he's bored playing he does go out and play with our neighbor's kid. My other nieces who're teenagers also plays computer games and likes to surf the internet and chat. I don't see them reading books. Yeah, some technology are disadvantageous but it could be a treasure box full of knowledge when you put it to the right use. Like I let my nephew play with educational games so he's learning and having fun at the same time.

I agree with you on that. Before children engage themselves in outdoor activities making them physically fit and more energetic. Nowadays, they stick with different game gadgets that they involve themselves in physical activity like baseball or basketball or the like. They just play these games online, playstation, NIntendo DS or the like. I think these gadgets should only be use during weekends or once a week so that everything is balanced while they are growing.I see they are more of disadvantages rather than advantages. They have also forgotten reading educational books. They just watch or play. Goodluck!
