with economy development,more and more overseas friends come to china for tour,business,or education. Have you ever been to china,how do you think today's china?

First, welcome Happylim to china in the near future.
I live in ningbo city,zhejiang province. Every day have more merchandise delivery to different country form ningbo port.
shanghai city is a international busniss center,and beijing city is a international culture centure.
if you came to china,you could go to shanghai,beijing,hangzhou and suzhou, and so on.lol~

Hii friend, this is all I have heard about china , I suppose you won't mind it. these are not my words .
China/Hong Kong. Make sure you take a roll of toilet paper wherver you go, most toilets are a hole in the ground you squat over. Safety, don't go where there are few people at night, beware of pickpockets and thieves. ALWAYS CARRY YOUR HANDBAG AWAY FROM THE ROAD AND IN FRONT OF YOU. WALLETS, IN YOU FRONT POCKETS WITH YOUR HAND ALWAYS ON IT. Most people are friendly and will refer to you as a "Guillo" white foreigner in the south. Buses make sure you have the right fare they don't give out change.
BALI. Never had a problem, people are more friendlier than CHINA, same as CHINA beware and take care, practise common sense and always be aware and you will enjoy your holiday. OH! make a photocopy of your Passport just in case and keep it seperate from your Passport, never give your Passport to any Hotel etc to hold as well.

YEs,mostly of what you have said do exist in China.I'm a chinese . BUt i'm used to and i'd like to squat over the hole that is specially made in the ground when i'm ...hehe(it's not a simple hole,hehe).Tell you the truth,i hate to sit on the nightstool because it has a nauseate impression to me.And according to what i know and what i have seen here in China, it seems that we have a better public order than America.Because we chinese are usually very gentle and only a little peopel will keep living by stealing .But as i know,the low income of the black peopel has a very bad influence to the USA's public order.Robbery happens frequently there.Isn't it?
