How far can we tolerate infidelity / myLot

Imagine 37yr old woman with three kids and husband in states starts an affair with another married man, now her husband is back to his hometown, what should happen to the affair which she enjoys more than her marriage life, should she continue or discontinue?

I'm not really understanding your question right there. She should of course discontinue, tell her husband and well beg for forgiveness and hope he has a strong heart ( I know mine would be crushed for sure). If she doesn't tell she will live with the guilt afterwards.
