Does IT & software industry in india requires Unions.. / myLot

I feel, Union as such is not needed, but for goodness of company and the employees, union is required, but no political parties should be involved..

never, if that is done then it would be the most horrible thing done even what eer the compromise or reason is said..

lik ethat exists in the other industry, unions for employee..

yes but with limited powers, there should be no strike..
