its kind'a difficult to really say when one is really a fashion victim.
Its again with what one wants and not letting other things influence one's choices.
Preference again and how it is accepted for most people. If your following what most people accept as the usual and what others think as the elite.
For the question as to why do people become fashion victims is quite a subjective thing to argue on. Perhaps natives wearing only neckties below their waists seems inappropriate but, others think of it as a sign of heirtage and so on.
As long as the person involved is satisfied with what he or she is wearing and not hurting anybody in the process, then that's what matters.
A sense of personal style which makes us unique from one another isn't that bad at all.
And to be a victim would be to allow yourself to be one. As long as you know what your doing, there's really nothing to worry about.
